I am trying to launch a cluster (aws) and I keep getting the following error message: AWS API error code: InstanceLimitExceeded
I have contacted Amazon support and were not able to assist with me with that since, on EC2 (aws) I was able to launch an instance without any errors.
Do I need to have an instance running on aws before I create a cluster? or Databricks will create one?
I am new to this, could anybody please help me out with that?
Thanks,
